If you've ever wondered...

- Why has my desire disappeared? - Why do I love my partner but don't want intimacy? - Why does sex sometimes feel overwhelming instead of connecting? - Why do I keep telling myself I "should" want more? - Is something wrong with me? You're not alone. For many people, desire doesn't disappear because they're broken, it becomes quieter when the nervous system no longer experiences enough safety, connection, or space for pleasure. This course will help you understand why.

Understand Your Desire

Desire isn't simply a matter of hormones or willpower. Discover how your nervous system, stress responses, and life experiences shape your experience of intimacy, and gain a new perspective on why desire may have changed.

Create Safety Instead of Pressure

Many people respond to low desire by trying harder, which often creates more frustration. Learn how reducing pressure and cultivating safety can open the door to curiosity, connection, and pleasure.

Practical Tools for Lasting Change

Each module includes easy-to-follow teachings, guided somatic meditations, and reflective journaling exercises that you can return to long after the course is complete.

Welcome to Reconnecting  with Desire

Most advice about desire focuses on increasing libido, improving technique, or trying harder. This course takes a different approach. Rather than asking how to force desire back, we'll explore what your nervous system has been protecting and how safety, curiosity, and self-compassion create the conditions where desire can naturally return. Grounded in Somatic Experiencing®, Polyvagal Theory, attachment science, and trauma-informed practice, this course offers education, guided practices, reflective journaling, and somatic meditations designed to help you rebuild your relationship with desire from the inside out. Whether you're single, partnered, healing from trauma, experiencing stress, navigating hormonal changes, or simply feeling disconnected from your body, you'll discover tools that support lasting change without pressure or shame.

Imagine if...

• You no longer felt broken because your desire had changed. • You understood what your body has been trying to communicate. • Intimacy felt less like pressure and more like an opportunity for connection. • You could approach yourself with curiosity instead of self-criticism. • You had practical tools to help your nervous system feel safer, calmer, and more connected. • You trusted that desire doesn't have to be forced—it can emerge naturally when the conditions are right. This course is designed to help you begin that journey.

This course may be right for you if....

✓ You feel disconnected from your desire. ✓ You want to better understand your body's responses rather than fight against them. ✓ You experience stress, anxiety, or overwhelm that affects intimacy. ✓ You want a gentle, trauma-informed approach rather than quick fixes. ✓ You're navigating life changes, relationship challenges, or healing from past experiences. ✓ You're looking for practical tools you can return to again and again.

Why is this course different?

Most conversations about desire focus on increasing libido, improving performance, or finding the "right" technique. This course begins somewhere else. It asks: -What if your body isn't working against you? -What if your nervous system has simply learned to protect you? By understanding how safety, stress, and connection influence desire, you'll learn practical ways to support your body rather than fight against it. Because lasting change doesn't come from forcing desire. It comes from creating the conditions where desire can naturally return.
